Qualifications

• Good knowledge of buildings and properties (5-10 yrs PQE) and due diligence assessments.
• Ability to write and present cohesive, technically sound reports for readership by high level executives.
• Excellent liaison skills with engineers and consultants for report compilation and information gathering.

Responsibilities

• Assess compliance and condition of mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, and related building services assets.
• Produce professional quality reports for high-level institutional clients.
