Job summary

Wave Money, an Australian broker-exclusive non-bank lender, is seeking a Senior Broker Relationship Manager to grow our broker partnerships in Sydney. You will drive lending growth, workshop scenarios with brokers, and collaborate with Credit and Lending to secure the right client solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BDM or Broker Relationship Manager role.
• Strong relationships within the mortgage broking industry.
• Sound knowledge of residential mortgage lending products, policy and credit.
• Confidence discussing and workshoping lending scenarios with brokers.
• Proven track record of developing relationships and delivering lending growth.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and grow strong relationships with accredited and prospective broker partners.
• Generate lending growth across your broker portfolio.
• Work with brokers to assess scenarios and identify lending solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of Wave Money’s products, credit policy and service proposition.
• Help brokers identify opportunities within their existing client base.
• Work closely with Credit and Lending to deliver strong broker and customer outcomes.
• Educate brokers on Wave Money’s lending niches and policy opportunities.
• Deliver broker presentations, training, events and scenario-based sessions.
• Represent Wave Money within your local broker and aggregator networks.
• Build a strong reputation as a knowledgeable, responsive and trusted lending partner.
