Job summary

Paxus is hiring a Senior Domain Architect - Brand & Marketing in Sydney to shape the technology strategy for a large Australian organisation across ANZ. You will lead across AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, Creative Cloud and Firefly, enabling generative AI adoption in creative workflows.

You will influence major technology decisions, collaborate with senior executives and mentor architecture teams while ensuring scalable, secure and future-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Domain/Enterprise/Solution Architect or similar senior leadership role.
• 10+ years designing large-scale end-to-end digital solutions.
• Hands-on solution architecture capability with strategic architecture experience.
• Proven experience developing technology strategies, target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Must-have: strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe marketing technology ecosystem (AEM Sites & Assets, Workfront, Creative Cloud, Firefly).
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data flows and complex technology ecosystems.
• Experience across Application, Integration and Data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Brand & Marketing technology architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business strategy into target-state architecture and investment priorities.
• Act as the design authority for the Brand & Marketing technology estate.
• Lead architecture reviews and technology assessments across the marketing ecosystem.
• Shape the integration of marketing platforms, content management, and data activation channels.
• Define architecture patterns, standards, and reference architectures.
• Govern vendor and systems integrator solution designs.
• Identify architectural, security, privacy and compliance risks.
