Job summary

Paxus is seeking a Platform Product Lead to drive marketing technology platforms for a leading retailer. You will partner with business owners to identify and design platforms that optimise marketing workflows, content management, and campaign execution during organisational change.

In this leadership role, you will oversee roadmaps, requirements, testing, and delivery, and work with developers, architects, and QA to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading marketing technology platforms such as AEM or Creative Cloud.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and oversee testing processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing squads of 5–10 members.
• Proven stakeholder management in complex, evolving environments.

Responsibilities
