Qualifications

• Experienced retail sales professional with a proven background in fashion or premium customer service environment.
• Confident engaging with customers and building genuine client relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.

Responsabilités

• Using fashion knowledge to create a personalised client experience.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients.
• Working towards store sales targets and KPIs.
• Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the boutique.
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Processing sales and assisting with stock management and inventory counts.
