Carolina Lifestyle in Moonee Ponds is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for a Casual role (10-15 hours/week) with regular weekend shifts. You will style clients, assist with inventory counts, maintain boutique visuals, and collaborate to achieve sales targets.

A few years of experience in retail or customer service is preferred, and you are self-motivated, able to work both in a small team and independently as the business grows.

The Role

Join Carolina Lifestyle, in our Moonee Ponds Boutique, where you will share your passion for styling clients in the Casual position of Senior Sales Assistant. Flexible shifts available from between 10-15 hours per week. You must be available to work regular weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including the following:

Using your expertise to style and suggest products to clients

Participate in inventory counts to ensure accuracy of stock

Maintaining visual standards of boutique

Collaborate to achieve store sales objectives

Have a few years experience in a similar role or a customer service role

A self-motivated individual who enjoys working both in a small team and by yourself at times
