Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to join a fully remote national team. You will develop and manage BIM for multi-discipline projects, ensure clash-free models, and drive model-based workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP elements.

Responsibilities include BIM execution planning, model coordination, extract quantities, and support project teams with BIM software. The role requires 5+ years in BIM, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, and strong remote

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a BIM Modeler on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication for remote work.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler to join their fully remote team. This position is central to developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of construction projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and efficiency throughout the design and construction phases. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed 3D models and documentation, contributing to clash detection and constructability reviews. Key Responsibilities
