Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler to join a fully remote national team. You will develop and manage BIM for multi-discipline projects, ensure clash-free models, and drive model-based workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP elements.

Responsibilities include BIM execution planning, model coordination, extract quantities, and support project teams with BIM software. The role requires 5+ years in BIM, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, and strong remote

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a BIM Modeler on complex projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and clear communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and coordinate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Ensure model accuracy and adherence to BIM standards and project requirements.
Perform clash detection and generate reports; coordinate to resolve conflicts.
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and model development standards.
Extract information from models for quantities, scheduling, and visualization.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into the lifecycle.
Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and workflows.
