Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM delivery across Building Services projects, guiding standards and coordination from concept to construction. You will own clash detection, federated models, and multidisciplinary coordination within a collaborative design team in Melbourne.

You’ll mentor junior staff, drive BIM best practices, and push digital engineering capabilities while contributing to high-profile, complex projects with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar).
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire).
• Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplines.

About the role

We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well-established design team, you’ll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.
