Water Corporation is seeking a Billing Operations Delivery - Senior Advisor to lead business analysis within Customer Billing Operations. You will identify improvement opportunities, map processes, analyse data, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Improvement Analyst.
• Strong business process mapping and process improvement experience.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in project, PMO, transformation, or operational improvement environments.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across a portfolio of projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop current‑state and future‑state process maps and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Analyse operational and performance data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Conduct impact assessments and support organisational change initiatives.
• Partner with project managers, operational leaders, and subject‑matter experts to ensure solutions are successfully implemented.
• Contribute to continuous improvement practices, governance, and project management standards.
