Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator for our Adelaide, South Australia team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will independently lead bids, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality submissions and supporting major pursuits with strategy, messaging, and content development.

You will partner with sales, legal, finance and technical groups, ensuring compliance and alignment with bid strategy while shaping compelling value propositions for

• Proven experience supporting end-to-end bid processes across complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Stakeholder engagement with sales, legal, finance and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead bids, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Play a key role in major pursuits, contributing to strategy, messaging and coordination.
• Support development of submission sections, including methodology, value propositions and executive summaries.
• Support bid planning activities such as writing plans, review schedules and compliance tracking.
• Provide quality oversight across all submission components to align with bid strategy and client expectations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and shape content.
