Allstate is seeking an analytics professional to transform complex data into actionable insights across Operations. You will join a team focused on data-driven decisions, shaping customer experiences and growth opportunities.

The role blends analytics, storytelling, and technical expertise to influence performance and drive strategic initiatives. You will work in a hybrid model with periodic collaboration in the Markham office, contributing to the launch and optimization of direct sales channels

Qualifications

Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel for large datasets and ad hoc reporting.
Ability to translate data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and drivers.
Translate business questions into structured analyses with actionable insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide analytics support.
Forecast volumes and provide insights for workforce planning and strategy.
Lead analytics projects of moderate complexity with defined timelines.
