Allstate Canada Group is seeking a data analytics professional to deliver BI solutions across Operations. You will work with large datasets to uncover insights, and support reporting and analytics that boost operational performance.

In this role you will help grow Allstate’s direct sales channel by ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable to inform day-to-day decisions and longer-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric ETL Pipelines, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Python and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Aggregate, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy of reporting and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and reporting requirements.
• Support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve data issues and reporting challenges.
