Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical renewable energy role, with BESS or power conversion experience.
• Proven pre-sales engineering or technical sales support experience.
• Ability to work in cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of robust BESS solutions with the Sales Team, translating customer requirements into feasible designs.
• Perform technical assessments, simulations, and techno-economic optimisation of proposed solutions.
• Serve as technical expert interface for customers during pre-sales.
• Prepare high-quality technical proposals, tender submissions, and scope definitions.
• Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with relevant standards and grid requirements.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams for feasibility and alignment.
• Represent the company in technical workshops and customer engagements.
