Job summary

Akaysha Energy pty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead utility-scale battery energy storage projects in a hybrid Melbourne-based role reporting to the General Manager, Delivery. You will oversee end-to-end delivery from development through handover, coordinating EPCs, OEMs and regulators to balance technical, contractual and delivery outcomes.

Bring proven experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects, with solid BESS and grid knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BESS, grid, and EPC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility-scale BESS projects from development through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate teams, contractors and partners to keep projects moving safely and on track, delivering results.
• Own budgets, schedule, risk and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs, network providers and stakeholders to address challenges and unlock solutions.
• Lead and support project teams to create clarity, momentum and accountability.
