Community Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner Lead to mentor a team delivering person-centred services to NDIS participants in Victoria. You will help shape clinical practice, coach practitioners and ensure alignment with individual NDIS plans and regulatory standards.

You will guide the team to deliver high-quality positive behaviour support, monitor performance, and foster strong relationships with families, providers and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Completed degree qualification (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Developmental Education, Counselling or similar.
• Experience mentoring behaviour support practitioners and peer reviewing behaviour support plans.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements under the NDIS Commission.

Responsabilités

• Guide and coach practitioners; review positive behaviour support plans with your Practice Lead.
• Encourage reflective practice and evaluation of service delivery.
• Monitor team goals and participate in annual performance reviews.
• Work with the team to meet output targets while maintaining best practice and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop partnerships with service providers and government bodies for the best participant outcomes.
• Provide professional information on evidence-based approaches to reduce challenging behaviour.
