Veolia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Western Australia, based in Welshpool. You will drive new business across Veolia’s Liquid and Hazardous Waste services, collaborating with chemists and operations to craft compliant, commercially viable solutions, and deliver profitable growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in business development or equivalent B2B sales experience
• Track record of securing new business and profitable growth
• Strong pricing and contract negotiation capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience delivering customer-focused waste or environmental solutions
• Willingness to travel across Western Australia and drive to customer sites

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Western Australia
• Secure profitable new business for Veolia’s Liquid and Hazardous Waste services
• Manage project-based sales activity from opportunity to contract negotiation and handover
• Collaborate with chemists and technical teams to deliver compliant, commercially viable waste solutions
• Build relationships with customers and key decision-makers across target industries
• Prepare proposals, pricing and tender responses with internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare end-to-end proposals and tender submissions, working independently when needed
