Total Concept Projects (TCP) is a well-established Australian audio visual integration business. We seek a Senior Business Development Manager to identify opportunities, build relationships with developers and commercial clients, and turn opportunities into successful AV projects across Australia.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with technical and delivery teams, and drive revenue while delivering tailored AV solutions for diverse environments.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the commercial AV industry.
• Strong network of contacts with property developers, builders, architects, and consultants.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from intro to contract award.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen including pricing and margins.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and secure new commercial AV opportunities
• Build relationships with property developers, builders, architects, consultants and commercial clients
• Generate new leads and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to develop suitable solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and tenders
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
• Work towards agreed sales and profitability targets
