Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section is seeking a Senior Base Engineer to lead engineering at the Dubbo base, ensuring airworthiness, safety, compliance and operational readiness of the fleet. Qualifikationen

• CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence B1.1 with PT6 rating.
• Experience with King Air B200 (PT6) aircraft or similar.
• Significant experience in aviation line and base maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic operational environment.

• Lead and mentor engineers and apprentices, providing technical guidance and support.

• Collaborate with operational teams and provide support across RFDS bases as required.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and risk management across all engineering activities.
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective action initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and service delivery.
