Qualifications

• 2+ years post admission experience in banking & finance or related field.
• Experience in securitisation, structured finance or debt capital markets.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and technical legal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a growing team.

• Advise major banks, lenders, and corporate clients on financing transactions.
• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and executing funding arrangements and capital markets deals.
