• Proficiency in drafting financing and security documents, opinions, and advices.

Responsibilities

• Act as deal counsel, drafting and structuring transactions for clients in various asset classes and programmes.
• Manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines with a high level of responsibility and client contact.
• Develop strong client relationships and collaborate with colleagues to facilitate teamwork.
