Job summary

Montgomery Advisory in Sydney is seeking a high-performing solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to join a premier project finance team working on major infrastructure matters.

You will handle large-scale financings on lender and sponsor sides, contribute to deal structuring, execution and negotiation, and pursue a career path across acquisitions, refinancing and new financings for pivotal projects.

Qualifications

• Experience across banking & finance team working on structured and project finance matters.
• High level drafting skills and attention to detail
• A clear interest in building a career in project finance

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale financings including lender and sponsor-side work.
• Lead on the full spectrum of advising on acquisitions, refinancing and new financings for major projects.
