Montgomery Advisory is partnered with a leading Australian law firm in Brisbane seeking a Senior Associate / Special Counsel (4+ PAE) for its Commercial, Technology & Payments practice. You will advise on complex commercial contracts, technology matters and government-related transactions, while mentoring junior lawyers within a collaborative national team.

Formación

• 4+ years' post-admission experience in Corporate/Commercial/Technology or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Understanding of contract law and commercial transaction structures.
• Interest or experience in technology, procurement, payments or government matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and technical legal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise major corporate and government clients on complex commercial, technology and financial services matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and transaction documentation.
• Advise on technology procurement, outsourcing, sourcing arrangements and related contractual matters.
• Assist clients with payments, intellectual property, data and technology-related agreements.
• Work directly with clients across sectors and contribute to practice growth.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support their professional development.
