Job summary

Resolve Recruit is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support the technology division of a key Commonwealth Government department. You will translate business and user needs into practical technology outcomes and contribute to major ICT, digital and emerging technology projects.

Qualifications

• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong business process analysis, modelling and requirements elicitation.
• Experience creating business requirements, process maps, data models, business scenarios and use cases.
• Proven experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working on complex digital and ICT projects within Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Cloud and Office technologies will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and model current and future business processes and information management environments.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify business needs, opportunities, risks and improvement initiatives.
• Analyse data requirements, customer journeys, user pathways and information flows.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, user stories, business cases and functional specifications.
• Conduct investigations, technical research and business analysis activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
• Evaluate solution options and provide strategic recommendations.
• Work collaboratively within Agile delivery environments to support successful project outcomes.
