Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Cloud Business Solutions team in Canberra on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on delivering Dynamics 365 CE projects, translating business needs into clear specifications, and guiding delivery teams through the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will engage with diverse stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive requirements with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst in technology, digital transformation or enterprise apps.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements; leading workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of complex business requirements translating needs into functional specs.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Support UAT and validate requirements with delivery teams.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA practice improvements.
