Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Process & Systems Transformation) to drive end-to-end business analysis across major transformation initiatives for ALH Hotels and associated brands. You will bridge business operations with technical delivery teams and external partners, shaping requirements for scalable, high-impact outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid Melbourne or Brisbane setting, partnering with solution architects, product specialists and stakeholders to deliver complex

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading complex process re-engineering and technology transformation projects.
• Extensive experience with enterprise platforms (ERP, POS, CRM or similar).
• Advanced BPMN process mapping, gap analysis, data mapping and requirements management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multi-stream projects, change and delivery teams.
• BA certifications (CCBA/CBAP/PMI-PBA) or Lean Six Sigma are desirable.
• Familiarity with retail/hospitality or multi-site venue tech and payment standards (PCI DSS).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end elicitation, analysis, definition and documentation of complex business requirements and target-state models.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Tech Leads and product/vendor specialists to design and implement platforms and optimized processes.
• Drive integration of software, systems infrastructure and hardware technologies.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, reviews and alignment sessions with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Establish test strategies, traceability and UAT frameworks to ensure solution quality.
• Champion business readiness, change impact assessments and post-implementation support.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies across concurrent project workstreams.
