Job summary

Outsized in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support complex process and technical change initiatives in the merchant acquiring and card payments space. You will gather, organise and translate large volumes of information from multiple sources, working with stakeholders to define delivery needs and impacts.

The role requires mapping processes, detailing specifications, and designing tests to ensure changes land on time with minimal disruption to live payments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience delivering complex process and technical changes as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Expertise in process mapping using SIPOC.
• Expertise in merchant acquiring and card payments industry and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at varying levels to facilitate gathering and refinement of detailed requirements.
• Proven track record of working to deadlines, results driven.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to gather, organise and synthesise large amounts of information from various sources.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and the environment in which they operate with respect to delivery goals and outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes and technology resulting from system or application changes.
• Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and elevate in a timely manner where necessary.
• Liaise and collaborate with external suppliers as required.
