Job summary

Kingston Human Capital is recruiting a Business Analyst (AO8) to support the Queensland Government’s Build to Enable Program (B2E) with a focus on modernising finance solutions. The role will lead stakeholder engagement, map current and future state financial processes, and collaborate with delivery teams on data migration, UAT and training for the foundational finance platform.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Ability to define and document BPMN business process models and use cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to identify, refine and prioritise complex business requirements.
• Define future-state financial processes across accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and taxation.
• Document future-state business processes, workflows, business rules and use cases for asset maintenance and capital works.
• Support data migration, UAT and training for the program’s finance solution with delivery teams.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify risks, opportunities and recommendations for process improvements.
• Contribute to training materials and user documentation to support solution adoption.
