Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Customer Data Foundations) to bridge strategic product vision with technical delivery within the Data & AI pillar. You will own the squad backlog, refine priorities, and champion solutions that enable hyper-personalised customer journeys across the Enterprise Data Platform.

The role involves partnering with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to translate roadmaps into phased releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Computer Science or related discipline.
5+ years in a Senior BA/PO/TechLead role delivering Digital/Data/MarTech projects.
Strong SQL, BI tool proficiency and data analytics.
Cloud platforms, API integrations, AI/ML concepts; Jira/Confluence experience (GCP/BigQuery valued).
CDP implementations, CRM rollouts, or MarTech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Backlog ownership: prioritise and refine squad backlog aligning with product roadmaps.
Sprint execution: lead refinement, set sprint goals, accept/reject work per criteria.
User story creation: translate business needs into actionable stories and technical requirements.
Value solutioning: evaluate SaaS vs proprietary AI models for cost efficiency.
Domain expertise: act as SME for CDP, GCP, BigQuery, MarTech ecosystems.
Release planning: translate 1-3 year roadmaps into phased releases.
Operational readiness: enable training and smooth transition to support.
Vendor leadership: assist with partner management and vendor integration.
