Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Customer Data Foundations) to bridge strategic product vision and technical delivery. You will own the squad backlog, drive sprint priorities, and shape data-driven customer journeys within the Enterprise Data Platform.

The role sits in the Data & AI pillar, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to unlock commercial opportunities. You will influence architecture and partnerships, champion agile practices, and mentor teammates while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a Senior BA, Senior Data Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Lead role in agile projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI tools and data analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, AI/ML concepts, and Jira/Confluence is highly regarded.
• Domain knowledge in CDP/CRM/MarTech is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Backlog ownership: prioritise and refine the squad backlog for the Customer Data Foundations build.
• Sprint execution: lead refinement and establish sprint goals with clear acceptance criteria.
• User story creation: translate business needs into actionable stories and requirements.
• Value solutioning: assess SaaS vs proprietary AI models for cost of ownership.
• Domain expertise: act as SME across CDP, GCP, BigQuery and MarTech ecosystems.
• Release planning: convert 1–3 year roadmaps into phased releases.
• Operational readiness: ensure transition to support with training and adoption.
• Vendor leadership: support external tech partner management and negotiations.
