Endeavour Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior People Partner to strategically partner across the Customer, Digital and Data teams, guiding organisational design, culture, transformation and talent to set these portfolios up for long-term success. You’ll work with leaders to deliver core people processes, leadership coaching, change management and insights from People data, in a hybrid work model.

This role partners with COEs and Shared Services to deliver the portfolio people plan and drive

• Strategic HR partnering at a senior leadership level in a large, fast paced organisation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence across complex environments.
• Experience supporting large scale change and transformation and delivering capability uplift.
• Experience operating autonomously in unstructured and rapidly changing settings.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with portfolio leaders to govern core people processes (performance, compensation, talent, engagement).
• Lead design and delivery of the People Plan aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with People COEs and Shared Services to deliver core people functions and initiatives.
• Coach leaders to drive high performance and clarity.
• Support large-scale organisational change and transformation.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives from listening platforms.
• Support capability development and growth of teams.
• Provide data-driven insights on People trends for action.
