Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Technologist based in Canberra to lead client engagements, architect Azure-based solutions, and guide strategic roadmaps. You will own the technical relationship with major customers, translate complex business needs into scalable architectures, and mentor LAB3 teams through pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Azure infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder discussions and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong background in pre-sales engagement and solutioning for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations with clients to understand strategic business needs and design cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Own the technical relationship with strategic customers and engage with executives and stakeholders.
• Develop and present solution options to senior management and enterprise stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Lead customer technical strategies, roadmaps, and alignment across LAB3 products and services.
• Provide technical leadership to sales and solutions teams and supervise pre-sales activities.
• Participate in governance forums and act as escalation point during major incidents.
