Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Principal Technologist to join our Canberra-based pre-sales and client engagement team. You will design and lead cloud infrastructure solutions, owning the technical relationship with strategic customers, including C-Suite stakeholders.

• Senior level consulting and enterprise architecture experience
• Azure infrastructure environment experience
• Proven ability to navigate senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT patterns and cloud architectures
• DevOps principles and tooling familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to design cloud infrastructure solutions
• Own technical relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders
• Develop and present solution options to senior management
• Lead customer technology strategies and roadmaps
• Ensure strategy aligns with LAB3 and partners
• Provide technical leadership to LAB3 sales and solutions teams
• Lead pre-sales discussions, demos, and proofs of concept
• Participate in internal and customer governance forums
• Act as escalation point for major incidents
