LAB3 is a leading Azure engineering practice in Australasia, focusing on Cloud, DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace and Security. We seek a Principal Engineer- Data to lead, deliver and engineer data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, leveraging Modern Data solutions and LAB3 products (MDP) to build and deploy client solutions.

Candidates can be based anywhere in Australia but NV1 security clearance is required for this engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architectures.
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud-based analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical client engagements on data engineering across Azure stack.
• Architect and implement big data/analytics solutions including ingestion and warehousing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures.
• Mentor engineers and provide SME guidance on data patterns and best practices.
