LAB3 is a leading Azure engineering practice in Australasia, delivering Modern Data, Cloud & DevOps, and AI solutions. The Principal Engineer-Data will lead technical data engagements, architect scalable Azure data platforms, and guide clients through modern data patterns including Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and delivering Azure-based data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT patterns, and data models.
• Proven track record leading data engagements with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and engineer data solutions on Azure platforms.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Engage with clients to translate business needs into technical outcomes and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to best-practice patterns and governance.
