LAB3 is a leading Azure engineering practice in Australasia, delivering Cloud, Data, AI, and Modern Workplace solutions. We seek a Principal Engineer- Data to lead and engineer data solutions on Microsoft Azure platforms, applying modern data approaches and LAB3 products.

Candidates must have active NV1 Security Clearance and may work from anywhere in Australia, with remote/hybrid engagement. The role involves leading client engagements, designing scalable Azure data architectures, and guiding

Formación

• Extensive experience delivering data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to architect scalable data architectures and automate deployments.
• Strong collaboration with clients, stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering engagements and oversee Modern Data assessments and implementations.
• Architect and implement Azure-based data patterns addressing scalability, security and reliability.
• Translate client business requirements into technical cloud solutions.
• Design and deploy ingestion for multi-zoned Big Data, analytics, and warehousing.
• Present findings to executives and provide architecture reviews to stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales with technical input, requirements and proposals.
• Set up proof-of-concept prototypes to demonstrate feasibility to clients.
• Mentor engineers, drive best practices, and support delivery execution.
