Job summary

Anduril Industries in Australia is seeking Senior Systems Engineers to own and deliver complex robotic systems end-to-end. You will architect, design, test and evolve capabilities across multi-disciplinary teams, while mentoring engineers and maintaining customer-focused outcomes.

Travel up to 20% and collaboration with end-users are required. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and the ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS, or Engineering.
• Experience delivering complex robotic systems.
• Ability to own and deliver a full system lifecycle.
• Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own technology solutions delivered to customers, focusing on end-user value.
• Act as a subject matter expert for areas related to Anduril’s capabilities.
• Empathize with end-users and balance needs with constraints.
• Design and implement integrated systems, including payloads, for rapid capability delivery.
• Contribute to reusable components across Anduril products.
• Develop and execute development processes for robotic systems and lifecycle testing.
• Support vehicle and payload manufacturing, testing and deployment.
• Travel to co-locate with end-users up to 20% of the time.
• Mentor engineers from differing backgrounds within a multi-disciplinary team.
