Job summary
HammondCare is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build and support automation and AI-enabled solutions across the organisation. You will lead technical delivery of Power Platform-based workloads, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure services, collaborating with ML engineers and full-stack developers.
The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, based at St Leonards with hybrid working options, and focuses on reducing manual work while expanding automation capabilities across health
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform with governance and enterprise delivery capability.
- 5+ years of experience building integrations using APIs, Graph, Azure services and connectors.
- Proven track record delivering AI-enabled automation, copilots and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy automation, workflow and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity.
- Lead technical design and implementation using Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
- Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using APIs and modern patterns.
- Lead testing, deployment and operational readiness for automation solutions.
- Provide guidance across automation, Power Platform and AI initiatives.
