HammondCare is seeking an Automation Developer to lead design, development and deployment of automation, AI-enabled solutions across our organisation. You will work closely with Delivery leads and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

The role focuses on Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure AI and integration capabilities, with responsibility for lifecycle ownership from design to deployment and optimisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience developing integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, connectors and modern integration patterns.
• Strong track record implementing AI-enabled solutions including Copilots, AI Agents, intelligent document processing and workflow orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and deploy automation, workflow and AI-enabled solutions across HammondCare.
• Lead technical design and implementation using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, applications and data platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead testing, deployment, release management and operational readiness for automation/AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance across automation, Power Platform and AI initiatives.
