Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build and maintain AI-enabled automation across our systems. You will work with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure AI, delivering scalable, secure solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.

As a senior contributor, you will provide technical leadership through the full lifecycle, from design to deployment and ongoing optimisation, with a 12-month fixed-term contract at St Leonards with hybrid

Qualifications

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and governance.
5+ years proven experience integrating APIs, Microsoft Graph and Azure services.
Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions including Copilots, agents and document processing.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation designs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy automation and AI-enabled solutions across the organisation.
Lead technical design and implementation using Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and data platforms.
Provide technical guidance across automation and AI initiatives.
Lead testing, deployment, release management and operational readiness activities.
