Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build and support automation and AI-enabled solutions across the organisation. You will lead technical delivery of Power Platform-based workloads, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Azure services, collaborating with ML engineers and full-stack developers.

The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, based at St Leonards with hybrid working options, and focuses on reducing manual work while expanding automation capabilities across health

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform with governance and enterprise delivery capability.
• 5+ years of experience building integrations using APIs, Graph, Azure services and connectors.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled automation, copilots and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

The role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting automation and AI-enabled capabilities that simplify business processes, reduce manual effort and increase workforce capacity across the organisation. Working closely with the Automation Delivery Lead, Machine Learning Engineers, Full Stack Developers, business stakeholders and technology teams, the role translates business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and integration technologies.
