Job summary

Clintons Toyota in the Macarthur Region is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join an award-winning team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage bookings and liaise with the workshop to ensure on-time service delivery.

This role requires strong communication, a NSW driver’s licence, and the ability to explain estimates and costs. Working hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am–5:00pm, with rotating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Valid NSW driver's licence.
• Strong communication, customer service and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with dealership computer systems and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service from booking through to vehicle collection.
• Manage customer enquiries, service bookings, and daily appointments.
• Liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure vehicles are completed on time and customer expectations are met.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended work and associated costs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including any changes to timing or costs.
• Coordinate future bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver vehicles back to customers, clearly explaining the work completed and any associated charges.
• Complete all administrative tasks in line with dealership procedures and manufacturer warranty requirements.
