Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mining/Engineering, Commerce, Economics or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of relevant equity research experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, NAV, comps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

• Publish independent research on Australian listed gold companies.
• Build asset-by-asset financial models for the mining sector.
• Engage with global buy-side clients and deliver recommendations.
• Coordinate access to management teams and sector conferences.
• Ensure compliance with RBC policies and regulatory standards.
