RSM Australia is seeking talented Audit Seniors for its Perth Assurance & Advisory team to support a growing client base across resources and real estate. You will lead engagements end-to-end, build client relationships, and mentor graduates and junior staff.

Qualifications

2+ years' external audit experience across a range of engagements and client types.
Experience acting as in-charge on engagements, supervising and supporting juniors.
Exceptional communication and people skills.
CA qualified or near qualified.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality audit work across significant and complex areas, documenting procedures and conclusions.
Identify and address technical accounting matters, escalating issues where required.
Review financial statements for compliance with Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing client-facing audit outputs, including reports and governance communications.
Work across multiple audit engagements with engagement teams to meet quality and timelines.
Build strong client relationships through professional, responsive service.
Coach graduates and audit assistants in line with RSM methodology and quality standards.
Develop project management and leadership capability for progression to Assistant Manager.
