Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) in Ultimo, NSW, is seeking a Senior Unit Coordinator in Audio Operations to manage rostering, finance administration and day-to-day coordination. The role reports to the Business and Planning Lead and involves budget monitoring, travel, and supplier management.

You will lead rostering practices, process journals and accruals in SAP, and advise managers on Enterprise Agreement requirements while ensuring timely, accurate administration and a high level of

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in rostering and time and attendance management, including applying Enterprise Agreement requirements.
• Budget management experience, including tracking and monitoring expenditure.
• Advanced administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Advanced skills in systems such as UKG and SAP Finance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and maintain rostering best practice with the utilisation of People Hub Workforce.
• Undertake finance administration, including budget monitoring, forecasting, journals, accruals and invoice processing in SAP.
• Provide advice to managers and staff, applying the Enterprise Agreement and relevant policies.
• Prepare and coordinate staff engagements, contracts and external contributor agreements.
• Respond to listener enquiries in line with ABC Complaints and Correspondence guidelines.
• Coordinate travel, purchasing, and general office administration.
