You will handle varied complex matters, from contract preparation to claims management, delivering commercially tailored solutions for government, energy, resources, and real estate clients.

Formación

• Experience drafting construction and O&M agreements under varying commercial frameworks and pricing models.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
• Commitment to client service and building commercially astute advice.
• Team-oriented; collaborates effectively and supports team success.
• Willingness to engage in business development and build strategic networks.
• Experience on front-end projects or construction in private practice or in-house.
