Qualifications

• 2–4+ years’ PQE as a front-end/transactional construction or projects lawyer.
• Strong drafting and technical skills.
• Interest in construction and infrastructure sector.
• Client-focused with commercial awareness.
• Independent thinker who adapts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base including government, major contractors and principals.
• Draft, review and negotiate project documents including construction contracts and project deeds.
• Contribute to business development.
