• At least 3 years’ experience in front end construction and infrastructure matters.
• Private practice experience with a reputable law firm, in Australia or internationally (desirable).
• Strong technical and drafting skills with openness to embedding AI tools in practice.
• Proven ability to foster lasting relationships with clients, peers and industry experts.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring junior lawyers.
• Resilience and commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
