Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, is expanding its Melbourne Projects practice and seeks an Associate to join the Projects (Front End) team.

You will advise owners, government agencies, contractors and private sector clients on front end construction and infrastructure contracts, procurement, project delivery models, and risk allocation for major projects across Australia. This role offers mentorship and exposure to significant matters.

Responsibilities

• Advising on front end construction, infrastructure contracts and advisory matters for major projects across Australia.
• Negotiating and drafting contracts, procurement frameworks and project delivery models.
• Providing risk allocation guidance and strategic advice to project owners, government agencies, contractors and private sector clients.
