• Proven expertise in drafting construction and O&M arrangements adopting different commercial frameworks and pricing models.
• Outstanding legal analysis capabilities, with a knack for simplifying complex legal concepts.
• Strong dedication to client service, fostering relationships that lead to timely, relevant and commercially astute advice.

Responsibilities

• Work closely alongside Katherine Vines in the Projects team.
• Provide advice on front-end construction and infrastructure development.
• Manage and resolve claims in the delivery phase.
